Procedures use local anesthesia only (WALANT). Relax with a VR headset throughout — no IV sedation, no fasting, no recovery from anesthesia.
Dr. Clarkson personally performs every part of your procedure. No hand-offs to residents, fellows, or rotating OR staff.
Most office-based hand procedures take under an hour end-to-end. Eat breakfast beforehand, drive yourself in, and return to light activity the same day.
